Call Center Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving technical issues. Main Responsibilities

Resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on achieving first-contact resolution.

Keep customer records updated and ensure all interactions and account changes are properly documented.

Qualifications

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy
