Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our customer service team. This position is ideal for applicants who want to start a career in the BPO industry. Previous call center experience is not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Explain products, services, policies, and procedures clearly
• Handle customer concerns while maintaining service quality
• Accurately record customer information and interactions
• Coordinate with other departments when necessary
• Follow established processes and performance standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• No previous call center experience required
• At least Senior High School graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Adaptable, dependable, and willing to learn

Training and Development:
