Description

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups as necessary to enhance customer engagement.
• Provide support for account management and financial inquiries, aiding customers in understanding their accounts.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of scheduling and account management.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce and back office support functions.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively pitch and close sales based on customer needs.
