Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience Level: 0–2 years, including internships or relevant coursework
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers
