- Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
