Experienced Call Center Agent

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and proven experience handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the company’s system.
• Follow established call handling procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction, attendance, and productivity goals.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Perform follow-up calls when necessary to ensure customer concerns are properly resolved.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.
• Adapt to different customer situations and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling high-volume inbound or outbound calls.
• Experience with customer service, sales, technical support, or collections.
• Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Previous experience meeting call center KPIs and performance metrics.
