Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative!

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

As part of the team, you’ll support customers through phone, email, and chat, handle their questions and concerns, provide product assistance, and help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. If you enjoy assisting others, solving problems, and delivering great customer service, we’d love to have you on our team!

Main Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and assist customers with account details, product inquiries, and order updates.

Clearly communicate company policies, available services, and account options to customers.

Assess customer concerns and provide effective troubleshooting in a professional and composed manner.

Resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on achieving first-contact resolution.

Keep customer records updated and ensure all interactions and account changes are properly documented.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
