Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers through phone, email, and chat by answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving technical concerns.

We’re seeking individuals with excellent communication and listening skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer proficiency. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems, we’d love to have you on our team!

Main Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and assist customers with account details, product inquiries, and order updates.

Clearly communicate company policies, available services, and account options to customers.

Assess customer concerns and provide effective troubleshooting in a professional and composed manner.

Resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on achieving first-contact resolution.

Keep customer records updated and ensure all interactions and account changes are properly documented.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
