Key Responsibilities

• Escalation Management: Efficiently identify complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Document all customer interactions, comments, and resolutions in the database to help track service quality and continuous improvement.
