BIM Modeler

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably a graduate/undergraduate of engineering or technical drafting courses.
• Proven experience as an MEP Drafter or similar role. (1 year minimum)
• Proficient in Revit software and knowledge of BIM LOD standards are advantages.
• Willing to be assigned to office work in BGC.
• Work schedule, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Preffered Mechanical Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate MEPFS into BIM models.
• Create a detailed model to be used in the design and construction phase of projects.
• Support 3D MEPF Coordination.
• Prepare detailed plans, maintain, and deliver record models.
