Job Summary

The Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and maintaining the quality of pastries, breads, cookies, and other products following Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory standards. The role ensures cleanliness, food safety, and consistent product presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and baking materials according to standard recipes
• Bake pastries, cookies, cheesecakes, and other products
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in inventory checking and stock rotation
• Operate baking equipment safely and properly
• Support the team during peak store operations
• Report equipment issues or shortages to supervisors
