• Manage and process accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of invoices with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
• 2–4+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO environment is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with a major ERP or accounting software.
• Solid understanding of Philippine taxation basics, specifically EWT and VAT.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

SALARY: Php25,000 - 30,000
