簡介
- Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of Hikvision products;
- Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
- Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
- Provide product and solution training for customers and users;
- Responsible for project management and project delivery;
- Other job related to technical issues.
職位要求
- Bachelor or above degree in electronics, telecommunications, or information systems preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products;
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in electronics, telecommunications, or information systems;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.
- Work well under pressure.
