Conduct market studies to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful solutions implementations and ongoing growth.
Clearly define customer's requirements and work closely with technical teams to come with efficient and viable solutions.
Develop pricing strategies and work with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Create programs to support sales through marketing efforts.
Conduct competitive analysis and training programs to provide guidance to the sales team on how to differentiate and effectively position the product.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and gather feedbacks to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Graduate of any 4-yr course.
With at least 5 years experience in IT Network and Security Sales or Product Management.
Knowledgeable in IT Network and Security Product technologies and emerging market trends.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, and can work effectively with different teams.
Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects, priorities.
Can excellently communicate and express in written and oral.
Good interpersonal skills, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving are a plus.
Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications.
