簡介

  • Working functional knowledge on any of these HCM Cloud products/modules – Core HR, Compensation (Wage Progression), and Benefits.
  • Techno-functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications is highly desired. Experience supporting similar enterprise HCM systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar will be considered.
  • Strong requirement study, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills required.
  • Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required. Experience with SQL is preferred.
  • Strong skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards
  • Ability to create, organize and perform test cases for solutions is highly desirable.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid setup and shifting schedules.

  • 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
  • 3+ years of business analysis and/or techno-functional experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) functions.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Can work on Shifting/Rotational Shift
  • Can work on Hybrid Set-Up (Twice per Week)
