Working functional knowledge on any of these HCM Cloud products/modules – Core HR, Compensation (Wage Progression), and Benefits.
Techno-functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications is highly desired. Experience supporting similar enterprise HCM systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar will be considered.
Strong requirement study, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills required.
Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required. Experience with SQL is preferred.
Strong skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards
Ability to create, organize and perform test cases for solutions is highly desirable.
Amenable to working on a hybrid setup and shifting schedules.

4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
3+ years of business analysis and/or techno-functional experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) functions.
Can start ASAP
Can work on Shifting/Rotational Shift
Can work on Hybrid Set-Up (Twice per Week)
