  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely and accurate customer support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and installation of various software.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and processed actions.
  • Implement security measures
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

職位要求

  • Job Title: IT Technical Support
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of hands-on technical support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networking issues. Familiarity with help desk support tools and remote troubleshooting techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application problems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with possible rotation shifts. Occasional requirement to provide support outside of standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, critical thinking, and a customer-oriented approach.
