Provide Level 2 support to system users throughout the company.
Escalates to vendor any Level 3 (or higher) support issues and ensures timely resolutions.
Escalates to other IT departments any support issues related to the system and ensures timely resolutions.
Maintains an updated technical manual of the system.
Ensures that system tools (software, hardware, infrastructure, people, and processes) are adequate for effective and productive use of the system
Analyze problems and issues related to system applications.
Evaluate system best practices and recommend improvements and modifications.
Train system users and IT staff to ensure effective usage of the system applications.
Do backup process for data files and information to prevent loss during system upgrades and equipment replacement procedures.
Work closely with programmers, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Draw up, supervise, and document testing schedules for complete systems.
Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration. m. Support users on change control and system updates.
Collect all ancillary business reports.
Ensures cleanliness of the work area.
Observe proper grooming.
Practices proper decorum as per the Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures.
Observe punctuality at all times.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or the Duty Manager.
