Information Technology

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Help manage and maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
Participate in software and system testing, providing feedback for improvements.
Assist in the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
Support the implementation of IT projects as needed.
Perform routine system backups and data recovery tasks.
Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives.

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT support principles.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
