Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team? Calm Street Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations and help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the restaurant's daily operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the front-of-house and support staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and service quality.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
• Prepare daily reports and support management in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory management.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented.
• Able to work onsite at Calm Street in Banawa, Cebu City.
