Position: Logistics Supervisor

Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree Holder

Open for undergrad and high school graduate

At least 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations

Amendable work as soon as possible

Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times.

Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and performance targets.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records through regular audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and prevent stock losses.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless supply chain operations.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, systems, and safety procedures to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and support overall business growth.
