Trailer Driver

Description

• Operate a trailer truck safely and efficiently to transport goods between locations.
• Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, vehicle inspections, and related paperwork.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding routing and scheduling.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of driving experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and clean driving record.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lift and move heavy loads as necessary.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.
• Working Conditions: Willingness to work irregular hours and potentially overnight trips.
