Training and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment: Identify skills gaps through surveys, data, and talks with managers.
• Program Design: Create lesson plans, manuals, and digital modules.
• Training Delivery: Lead onboarding, workshops, and team coaching sessions.
• Evaluation: Measure training success via tests, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Administration: Maintain attendance records, training calendars, and learning management systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong public speaking, writing, organization, and basic e-learning software use.
• Experience: Prior background in human resources, teaching, or corporate training delivery.
