Talent Acquisition Associate - Agent Hiring | (Project Based)

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment support, sourcing, or candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with volume hiring practices and basic pre-hiring test facilitation.
• Work experience in lead generation through social media and job boards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite tools.
• Basic familiarity with online recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Exposure to employer branding or candidate engagement activities is an advantage
• Amenable to work Onsite (Pasig, Quezon City, Taguig)
• Project-Based Employment – potential for extension or regularization, subject to performance and business requirements.

KEY JOB TASK:

• Execute call-outs, SMS, email blasts, and social media postings.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and local community resources.
• Facilitate and check candidate assessments.
• Provide daily sourcing activity reports.
• Support the team in managing interview schedules and applicant follow-ups.
• Ensure consistent candidate show-ups and track attendance.
• Share updates on sourcing efforts during team huddles.
• Assist in reviewing sourcing performance against hiring targets.
• Contribute inputs to recruitment campaigns based on project needs.
• Perform assigned adhoc tasks
