Front of House / Server Supervisor

Description

• Oversee daily operations of the front of house team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and train staff on service standards, maintaining a high level of knowledge about menu items.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service and special events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience
• With pleasing personality. Must be 5'3 in height
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership skills with a focus on team performance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
