Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
* Manage and supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
* Handle cashiering, order taking, and support front-of-house operations when needed.
* Manage staff scheduling and assign daily duties and responsibilities.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns or complaints professionally.
* Maintain and enforce cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
* Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Be willing to perform hands-on tasks and assist the team during busy periods.

Requirements:

* Experience in restaurant or food service management is preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
* Outgoing, friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well with both customers and staff.
* Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Basic English communication skills are required.
* Willing to work long-term, preferably at least 6 months.
* Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
* Must be willing to perform hands-on tasks and support front-of-house operations when necessary.
* Must submit a valid Health Certificate and NBI Clearance after hiring.
