Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other company items safely and on time.
• Process bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and other bank-related errands.
• Pay utility bills and other company payments as instructed.
• Submit and collect documents from government offices, suppliers, clients, and other establishments.
• Assist in purchasing office or operational supplies when needed.
• Ensure that all documents and payments are handled properly and confidentially.
• Maintain records and receipts of transactions and submit them to the assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with the office regarding schedules, instructions, and urgent errands.
• Perform other messengerial and field-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
