Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Liaison Officer to support the company's daily administrative, compliance, and operational requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling government transactions, company permits, employee-related documentation, office administration, asset monitoring, and various fieldwork tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate transactions with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and others.
- Assist in the processing of employee government benefits, registrations, updates, and claims.
- Serve as the company representative for government, banking, and external transactions.
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping records, and leave requests.
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance discrepancies and payroll-related concerns.
- Maintain and organize company records, reports, permits, and confidential documents.
- Monitor company dormitories and ensure compliance with dormitory rules and regulations.
- Track utility bills and coordinate payments for electricity, water, internet, and other related expenses.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair concerns for company facilities.
- Monitor office supplies and replenish if necessary.
- Maintain inventory records of office supplies, equipment, and company assets.
- Monitor the issuance, return, and condition of company assets such as laptops, computers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory and asset audits.
- Assist employees with administrative concerns and company-related requirements.
- Arrange courier bookings and monitor deliveries and shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, service providers, and external partners.
- Handle bank transactions, deposits, payments, and other company-related errands.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, company activities, and operational requirements.
- Perform fieldwork and other on-the-run tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities necessary to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 6 month to 1 year of experience as a Liaison Officer, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Experience handling government transactions and permit processing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other government agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and WPS Office.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and on-the-run tasks.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
- Can work independently and under minimal supervision.
