• Ensure smooth vessel operations and crew deployments by securing legal clearances, processing permits, and maintaining strict compliance with national and international maritime
• Liaise with maritime and labor regulatory bodies (e.g., MARINA, Department of Migrant Workers/Overseas Employment Administrations, and Bureau of Immigration).
• Ensure all ship and crewing documents align with international maritime standards, such as STCW, MLC 2006, and Flag State rules.
• Process and monitor employment contracts, deployment clearances (e.g., OEC), and visas for seafarers.
• Track the expiration dates of crucial documents and communicate with crew managers or the seafarers themselves to ensure timely renewals
• Resolve any disputes, delays, or issues arising from clearance processes or documentation

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field,
• 1-3 years of experience crewing coordination or liaison work
• Deep understanding of domestic shipping, maritime laws, and flag-state/international regulations (MARINA, STCW, MLC).
• High attention to detail, capable of tracking multiple expiration dates, and managing heavy document loads under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and coordinate effectively with diverse groups, from government officials to seafarers.
