JOB DUTIES:

• Conduct and run lube oil analysis tests according to appropriate standards (ASTM and ISO). Perform routine oil analysis tests
• Maintain routine documentation including sample sheet entries, sample results documentation, instrument calibration log sheet, and maintenance log sheet
• Record data precisely and accurately
• Development, modification, verification, and validation of methods
• Perform daily or monthly instrument calibration and standardization
• Timely monitoring and reporting of equipment due for maintenance
• Timely monitoring and coordination to warehouse regarding stocks (monthly min/max stock)
• Monthly monitoring of oil disposal; properly tagged prior to disposal
• Submission of sample test results within the prescribed turnaround time
• Maintain complete documentation of test results and other related administrative tasks
