Job Requirements

• Must have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 level or above
• With more than three (3) years of experience in interpreting for indirect work
• With more than three (3) years of experience in interpreting for factory work
• Capable of handling general affairs, human resources, and clerical tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate Japanese-English (or Japanese-local language) interpretation during meetings, trainings, and daily operations
• Support communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees
• Interpret in production areas, ensuring smooth coordination between management and factory workers
• Assist in translating documents such as manuals, reports, emails, and internal communications
