HR Officer/HR Generalist

to oversee Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of solid experience in Labor Relations or as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and case investigation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English.
• Strong mediation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work on-site in Santolan, Pasig City.
