HR Supervisor

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

- *Team Guidance*: Provide strong leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the HR department

- *Core HR Management*: Ensure smooth and effective implementation of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management

- *Policy & Compliance*: Maintain strict compliance with labor standards and ensure consistent application of company policies across the organization

- *HR Administration*: Supervise HR administrative workflows, documentation, and data integrity

*QUALIFICATIONS*

- *Education*: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field

- *Experience*: At least 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience

- *Leadership*: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience required

- *Skills*: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and deep understanding of Philippine labor laws

- *Work Setup*: On-site in Pasig City | 5 Days a week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: 22,000 - 26,000
