Recruitment Manager

Description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads and clients to understand manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 yrs experience in supervisory or managerial role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
