The Senior HR Associate supports the HR team in the day-to-day execution of human resources operations and key HR initiatives. This role assists with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration while ensuring efficient and accurate HR processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
What You'll Do
- As a Senior HR Associate, you will serve as the primary support to the Human Resources Manager and help ensure the smooth execution of HR operations. Your responsibilities includeAssist the Human Resources Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department
- Coordinate and execute interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system access are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance
- Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, verification letters, disciplinary notices, performance improvement plans, and other HR correspondence
- Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records in coordination with payroll
- Assist in administering employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs
- Coordinate employee orientation, training programs, compliance requirements, and mandatory certifications
- Support performance management activities, including performance review scheduling and documentation
- Assist in employee relations matters by documenting incidents, conducting preliminary fact-finding, and preparing reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
- Recommend improvements to HR processes, workflows, and documentation to increase operational efficiency
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
- Perform other HR-related duties and special projects assigned by the Human Resources Manager
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations
- Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, and HR administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
