HR Intern

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings through job boards and social media platforms.
• Help schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement events and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and internal memos.
• Assist in collecting and reviewing employee timesheets, attendance, and leave forms.
• Provide support in organizing training sessions or learning activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for HR process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Available to work 5-6 days a week for the duration of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a student organization or prior internship (not required, but a plus).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, or HRIS tools.
