Description
As the Head Chef specializing in Thai cuisine,
you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served.
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef specializing in authentic Thai cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu development
- Experience managing kitchen operations, food quality standards, and staff supervision
- Ability to control food cost, inventory, and kitchen performance
- Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
