Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
Assisting in transitioning formulations from lab scale to production scale.
Monitoring consistency and quality of seasoning products during development and production.

Bachelor’s degrees in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
Knowledge of flavor chemistry, ingredient interactions, formulation techniques, and sensory evaluation.
Prior work in flavor formulation, seasoning development, or related food product innovation.
Access to analytical equipment like GC-MS, HPLC, and sensory analysis panels for testing and validation.
Understanding of food safety standards, permissible ingredients, and labeling regulations.
Ability to develop unique flavor profiles aligned with market trends.
Partnerships with flavor houses, ingredient suppliers, and academic institutions for cutting-edge research.
