Documentation Officer

• Draft and prepare letters, reports, and other necessary documents for the employer and clients;
• Assist in the submission and processing of documents with various government agencies;
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documents submitted to government agencies or transmitted to clients;
• Maintain organized records of all files, both soft and hard copies, including those drafted, submitted, delivered, and received from government agencies and clients;
• Assist clients in securing permits, special licenses, and other regulatory documents from government agencies;
• Liaise with government agencies and clients;
• Respond and attend to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Assist in the preparation and documentation required for public procurement processes;
• Attend client meetings and participate in public procurement activities, including bid openings;
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of Employer; and
• Such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer to the Employee from time to time, either through direct written order or by verbal assignment, and depending on the need of the business.
