Delivery Rider

• Pick up assigned parcels from the Shopee Express hub.
• Sort and organize parcels according to the assigned delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to customers within the scheduled timeframe.
• Collect cash payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, when applicable.
• Obtain proof of delivery through the Shopee app (e.g., photo, signature, or customer confirmation).
• Contact customers to coordinate deliveries when necessary.
• Return undelivered parcels to the hub and provide reasons for failed deliveries.
• Meet daily delivery targets while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Non-Professional or Professional Driver’s License.
• Must own a motorcycle with complete and valid OR/CR documents.
• Knowledgeable in using smartphones and navigation applications (Google Maps, Waze)
