Delivery Truck Driver (Taguig)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operated delivery trucks to transport products to customers and assigned delivery locations.
• Loaded, unloaded, and inspected goods to ensure completeness and prevent damage during transit.
• Verified delivery orders, invoices, and related documents before and after deliveries.
• Ensured timely and accurate delivery of products according to scheduled routes.
• Collected payments and secured signed delivery receipts when required.
• Conducted routine vehicle inspections and reported maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintained cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Followed traffic laws, safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
• Coordinated with warehouse personnel, dispatchers, and customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Prepared and submitted delivery reports, trip logs, fuel consumption records, and other required documentation.
• Assisted in resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate.
• Valid professional driver's license with the appropriate restriction/code for truck operation.
• Experience driving delivery trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading products.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
• Familiarity with local routes and delivery areas.
