Grocery Delivery Rider (Freelance Contract)

Responsibilities - Delivery Rider

- The role involves delivering grocery items only.

- Applicants will be assigned to locations nearest to their residence

- Familiarization to the area

Job Details

• Maximum delivery radius: 8 KM
• 6 days/week
• 8 hours/day
• 1 Rest Day

Salary & Incentives

Basic Rate

• ₱70 per Job Order (JO)

• ₱20 Guaranteed Tip per JO

Total: ₱90 per JO

Perfect Attendance Incentives

Earn an additional:

• ₱15 per JO

• ₱5 per JO Gas Allowance

Total Rate with Perfect Attendance: ₱110 per JO

Perfect Attendance Requirements

Complete 6 working days

No absences

No late

No undertime

No half-day

If you do not meet the Perfect Attendance requirements, your rate will remain at the standard ₱90 per JO (₱70 + ₱20 Guaranteed Tip).

Payroll Schedule

• Cut-off: Monday to Sunday

• Payday: Every Friday (Weekly)

Example:

If you work from Monday to Sunday this week, your earnings will be released on Friday of the following week. The period from Monday to Thursday is allotted for payroll processing.
