Delivery Rider

Summary

Responsible to deliver the productsto the customers and to maintain the customer’s satisfaction in daily basis.

Scope

The Rider reports to the Secretaryand responsible for helping the secretary to find new customer, increasing thesales by route selling and remit the money after the delivering of theproducts.

Description

• Ensure fast and efficient delivery to the customer
• Ensure that all motorcycles are in good condition (reporting of damages, repairs)
• Ensure that all motorcycles are cleanand neat and ensuring that units handled are properly parked and placed inorder
• Handling of cash payment of customerand ensure remittance to the secretary
• Ensure of politeness and courtesy tothe customers.
• Ensure that cylinders are filled andaccounted and properly documented
• Accountable to all the repairs anddamages of their respective units.
• Ensure that all cylinders are in goodcondition
• Drive vehicles totransport LPG cylinder to and from specified destination such as household,commercial account, dealer and outlet.
• Provide superiorcustomer satisfaction by ensuring that all orders are delivered to the correctaddress.
• Must be able to doroute selling.
• Assist in stockhandling.
• Observe workplacehygiene and safety and security procedures.
• Systematicallydistribute flyers in the target market.
• Keep track of alldelivery addresses for future reference.
• Be well groom andin full uniform of all times.
• Responsible forrunning errand tasks for the branch as ordered by the Branch Head.
• To check with the management before leaving for the day.
•  Inform the superiors of any customer complaints, dissatisfaction ordisagreements with customers, no matter how small the issue may be.
