Spanish Revenue Support Specialist (Work From Home + Free working visa processing)

Position: Spanish Revenue Support Specialist

Industry: Shared Services / Operations / Business Support

Work Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary Range: Up to Php 95,000

Languages Required: English and Spanish

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish Language

Open for any Foreign National who can speak, read, and write Spanish

Open for candidates abroad who are willing to work in the Philippines

Proficient in English Language

Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in pricing operations or a similar role

With familiarity in Salesforce, Excel, and SAP

Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Vendavo is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process pricing requests based on company rules and guidelines

Handle standard and special price changes in the system

Process promotional pricing requests correctly

Update price changes accurately in internal systems

Review requests and reject those that do not follow policy

Escalate complex pricing or quotation requests to the appropriate team

Look for ways to improve pricing processes and customer experience

Work closely with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to ensure correct pricing execution
