Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

• Update customer information and sales records.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of call center, telesales, or sales experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
