Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to financial technology products and services.
• Assist customers with account, transaction, payment, and service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle sensitive financial information in accordance with company policies and data privacy standards.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service and meet assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Comfortable handling financial or account-related concerns.
• Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule.
• Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
