We are seeking a reliable, professional, and trustworthy Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company executives, employees, clients, and authorized guests.
Because this position may involve access to confidential business information, documents, conversations, schedules, and company activities, the successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and authorized guests to and from designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained company vehicle.
- Follow assigned schedules, routes, and transportation requirements while maintaining punctuality.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Observe all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of company documents, packages, and other authorized materials.
- Handle company documents and information with strict confidentiality.
- Maintain discretion regarding conversations, meetings, schedules, destinations, business activities, and other information encountered while performing duties.
- Never disclose, discuss, photograph, copy, or share confidential company information with unauthorized individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other required documentation.
- Provide courteous and professional service to executives, clients, and visitors.
- Assist with other administrative or company-related errands as reasonably assigned.
- Immediately report accidents, vehicle issues, security concerns, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.

The Company Driver may have access to sensitive or confidential information in the course of employment. The employee is expected to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations and information.
- Exercise discretion when transporting or handling confidential documents and materials.
- Avoid discussing company matters with family members, friends, colleagues who are not authorized to receive such information, or third parties.
- Keep information learned through employment confidential both during and after employment.
- Follow all company policies concerning confidentiality, data protection, document handling, and privacy.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicles to be operated.
- Clean and responsible driving record.
- Previous experience as a company, executive, family, or professional driver is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and alternative routes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically capable of performing routine vehicle inspections and assisting with loading or unloading items when required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays when business requirements demand.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Ability and willingness to sign and comply with a Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), if required by the Company.
