Develops manufacturing processes that minimize waste and increase the quality of finished product
Monitors and test processes and products found in all phases of production
Develops and implements safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials
Designs, plans and implements the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs
Conducting research on new technologies and alternative methods for chemical processes in order to improve efficiency or reduce costs
Designing and building new chemical manufacturing facilities, including piping and instrumentation diagrams, material flow diagrams, process Flow diagrams, and electrical schematics

Graduate of any Engineering course, BS Chemical Engineering Graduate, License is an advantage
With at least two (2) years relevant work experience
Preferably with experience in Process or Line Improvement
Hands-on experience in handling any of the following machines : Wirebond, Diebond, SMT, Laser Drill, Sputtering etc
Can generate or make Technical reports using Engineering Methodologies
Versatile and fast learner, must have a positive disposition, with good leadership skills and results-oriented.
