Baker

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders, dough sheeters)
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work early morning or shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and standards
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Decorate and present baked products to meet quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets
