Assistant Manager

• Ensure company policies are followed
• Optimize profits by controlling costs
• Hire, train, and develop new employees
• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Support the Admin Manager as needed
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain department standards, including stocking and cleaning
• Maintain merchandise and visual plans
• Process payment requests for utility billings
• Prepare and manage security guard monthly schedules
• Oversee building and maintenance facilities
• Ensure consistent standards of customer service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
• Ensure product quality and availability
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial field
• Willing to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay
• Can start ASAP
• Knowledgeable in logistics, warehousing, and purchasing
• Background in the telecom industry is a plus
• Prior experience as Assistant Admin Manager is preferred
