Assistant Branch Head

The Assistant Branch Head supports the Branch Head in managing daily branch operations, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, and contributing to the branch’s growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily branch operations and administration
• Support the implementation of business strategies to achieve branch targets
• Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues
• Monitor sales performance, operational efficiency, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review reports related to sales, operations, and staff performance
• Assist in staff training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Manage branch resources, cash handling (if applicable), and inventory control
• Act as Branch Head in their absence and ensure smooth branch functioning

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management systems
